All item(s) being exchanged or returned must be accompanied by the original sales or gift receipt, item(s) must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box. Your in-store purchase may be exchanged or returned for a Store Credit or refund within seven days of the original purchase date. Your online purchase may be returned for an online credit or a refund when item(s) are shipped at your expense within 15 days of the day of delivery. We strongly advise online customers to properly insure and request a signature upon delivery when shipping items back to Spectrum. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, hand engraved items and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable down payment. A special order consists of any jewelry, diamonds, colored gemstones, gift item (including craft & art glass) or painting commission that is ordered or altered at the customer's request.


Custom designed jewelry involves metal, diamonds, colored gems, and labor furnished by Spectrum Gallery or Spectrum Fine Jewelry for a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable. Custom projects require a 50% non-refundable down payment before the work begins. Every effort is made by Spectrum Gallery or Spectrum Fine Jewelry to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's satisfaction.


Items may be put on layaway for up to three months with a deposit of 1/3 of the full value of the item. A monthly payment is required. After the initial deposit any cancellation of a layaway will result in forfeit of deposit or any other monies paid. 

Upon the discretion of store management, a 3-pay plan is available to customers of record for purchases in excess of $500. Term is not to exceed sixty days. Payment plans require a 1/3 down payment and a signed credit card payment agreement. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card provided in two equal installments, one in thirty days and one in sixty days. Customer may take delivery of the item(s) after receipt by Spectrum of the down payment.


By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. In the event a good or service to be provided by Spectrum Art Gallery or Spectrum Fine Jewelry is listed on this web site at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Spectrum Art Gallery or Spectrum Fine Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
